Final Fantasy 15 Missions Not Continuing

For me, Timed quests are empty. There is nothing. What are timed quests anyway?

They're short missions where you're quested with killing a certain amount of enemies. Completeing a timed quest rewards you with GP which you can redeem for items or buffs.

If they're not showing you even a quest when you click on that part of the menus, sounds like a glitch. They should show up/list even if you can't/aren't allowed to do them yet (they have some Chapt. requirements and some are very high level).
They were originally online/ladder ranking events, which they turned into SP missions when they removed the online aspect.

it looks like this for mew, shot a few sec ago.. is that right so? i mean SHOULD it look like that? if yes, what i have to do now? :D

That's how it should look. Find the location on the map and that's where the quest is.

Some days, the quest is easier to find that others, Yesterday's quest literally had the name of the location written on the map clue.

try play it on chapter select save, fixed for me.
keep in mind that chapter select reset all your quest and map though.
you can just create seperate save for quests and timed quest if you only want qp.

Mostly wanted to do it on my main save if that cactaur quest comes up for XP.
